We have added extra security layers to protect your account and streamline your login experience. Here's what’s new:

• **MFA enforcement: **Account owners can now enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all members. Simply go to Settings & Billing > Members and enable "Enforce MFA". Once enabled, every team member will have to set up MFA to access the team.
• SAML SSO-exclusive login: Users with SAML SSO can no longer log in using other authentication methods, such as OAuth and passwords. This ensures that SAML SSO remains their sole login method.

We are giving you more control over your devices through "Lock Server”. When a server is locked, destructive actions such as deleting and reinstalling are disabled both from the dashboard and the API. This helps prevent impact to your infrastructure from integrations or human error.

Key benefits:

• **Controlled access: **Only Owners and Administrators can lock and unlock servers via the dashboard or API.
• **Additional security: **Locked servers cannot be deleted or modified, preventing unauthorized changes and keeping your infrastructure safe.

We have added new custom images to our examples list, offering more customization options for deploying operating systems tailored to your needs. The new custom images include:

• Harvester: Cloud-native, open-source software built on Kubernetes that makes it easy to deploy and manage virtualized workloads.
• AlmaLinux 8 and 9:** **Open-source enterprise Linux distributions that offer long-term stability and a reliable platform for production use.
• Oracle Linux 9: a distribution packaged and distributed freely by Oracle, partially available under the GNU General Public License since late 2006.
• Ubuntu 24: a Linux distribution developed by Canonical. You can deploy it using the default image provided by Latitude.sh, or create your own Ubuntu-based custom image using this example as a reference.
