# Payment methods

Each Project you create is a different subscription, and you receive a separate invoice for each project. Payment methods, on the other hand, are used for the whole [Team](/teams).

## Adding a card

Log in to the dashboard and click on **Usage & Billing**. On the billing page, click on **Add new**.

When adding a card, a **hold of \$5** is automatically placed on your card. The amount is automatically refunded after 7 days.

## Adding Credits with Crypto or Card

### Credits

Credits are automatically applied to future invoices. When an invoice is paid in full or in part with credits, it will be displayed on your invoice as a discount applied.

<Info>Credits can only be purchased if the team's currency is USD.</Info>

To purchase credits, navigate to **Usage & Billing > Billing**, locate the **Credits** section, and click on **Add credits**.

**Using Credit Card**

1. In the Credit Card tab, enter the amount you wish to add and click **Continue**.
2. Ensure you have a default credit card set up.

**Using Crypto**

1. In the Crypto tab, enter the amount you wish to add.
2. Choose between the Solana or Ethereum blockchain and click **Continue**.
3. Ensure you have a wallet compatible with the selected blockchain.
4. Payments will be processed in USDC tokens.

After payment, credits will be added immediately to your account. They can be verified in **Usage & Billing > Billing** under the **Credits** section.
